How Does Lap Band Surgery Work?
One type of surgery that has been popular but not so popular in this day and age is called the lap band. So the band in its heyday was placed over the GE Junction and then it was closed and what you would do then is you would come in periodically every four to six or eight weeks to get an injection of saline which would fill this balloon up and would reduce the amount of foods that you can and can’t eat.
